this way by his girl friend (what a flatterer she is!)

MP of Eastern European stock and Irish upbringing
(hence the Leprechaun gag).
Lembit always has his harmonica with him (which he
rarely plays as he seldom runs
out of words!)

These boistrous young ladies wanted a present for their boss and imagined him
as a
ring master making them jump through hoops, so that's just how I depicted them!
His hat is a reference to Noddy Holder from Slade
to hint at his taste for seventies music.
